They took part in the Junior World Championships in two consecutive years. They were placed 8th in 1993 and 7th in 1994. The pair briefly worked together alongside Maxim Kachanov and they were in the top 5 of during the 1994 Goodwill Games she then teamed together along with Vladimir Fedorov in 1995. They were equally successful in their partnership, winning the Finlandia Trophy two times and participating in the Grand Prix of Figure Skating. The partnership achieved great things however it was their 15th place finishing at the World Championships in 1998 that marked the pinnacle of the partnership.
